Elastomeric Spool Fittings and Hose

 

RHINOFLEX offers customized pipe connector solutions for the most demanding applications, which are widely used in Relieving Piping Stress, to compensate for lateral and annular misalignment, and to reduce noise and vibration.

Elastomeric Pipe Connectors are engineered with a smooth bore with or without bends and tapers. These have a thick inner tube reinforced with multiple plies of high tensile nylon/polyester/Kevlar fabric and/or helical steel wire or solid steel rings as reinforcement for higher pressures. Standard pressure ratings are 150psig or 300 psig depending on temperature and application. Higher working pressures may be available for some applications.
